Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to be contacted, we may text you about your inquiry, showings, and listings that match your search. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of working with us.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- Our brokerage. Dan Saffer Real Estate supervises our work and keeps transaction records, so it may have access to your information.
- Referral agents. If you need help outside our area, or we can't serve you directly, we may pass your contact details to another licensed agent. We will tell you before we do.
- Service providers. The companies that run our website, contact forms, customer database, email newsletter, and home search store or process your information for us. They may only use it to provide those services.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or a regulator, or to protect our rights.
Cookies
The site and the home search use cookies to remember your settings, keep you signed in to saved searches, and understand how pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features, such as saved searches, may stop working.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any message.
- Stop texts by replying STOP.
- Ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing george@georgevanlare.com. Some records must be kept to meet brokerage and state record-keeping rules.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're working together and afterward for as long as brokerage and Florida record-keeping rules require. Newsletter subscribers stay on the list until they unsubscribe.
Other things to know
Security. We use reputable service providers and limit who can access your information, but no website or email system is completely secure.
Children. This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Other websites. Links to lenders, builders, county offices, and social media go to sites with their own privacy policies.
Changes. If we update this policy, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page.
